Chef Fran Lopez oversees the kitchen, representing the best version of this cuisine with products from the sea and the land perfectly selected to bring the truest flavors of the Delta to the city of Barcelona. Xtera Restaurant is open Tuesday through Saturday from 1 pm to 4 pm and from 8 pm to 11 pm; Closed on Sundays and Mondays.
