You should consider yourself lucky if you find a person who knows that one of the most beautiful sights in Prague, Prague Castle, was also an important place where “The Illusionist” was filmed. It was a phenomenal film with Edward Norton and Jessica Biel as leading actors. Since the Prague Castle is still in an excellent state of preservation, it perfectly pictured 19th-century architecture and made a great impression on the film audience. Don’t even think about avoiding this phenomenal place while staying in Prague!

Charles Bridge

Charles Bridge is probably one of the most popular places that made Prague famous all around the globe and it is not likely for you to miss it if you are in Prague. But, the fact that actor Vin Diesel performed a crazy car chase over Charles Bridge full of tourists in the film called “xXx” might make this bridge even more interesting to you. It is safe to say that you will have questions about his amazing driving abilities when you see how narrow the bridge with hundreds of tourists can be!

The Old Town Square is the central location of the city of Prague. A place where all tourists go and where you can see all the vividness of this city. However, a very small number of people know that the film called “Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol”, starring Tom Cruise was one of the first-ever films that took place in Prague. We are sure that it would be great to run along the Square as a globally known fugitive spy Ethan Hunt, also known as brilliant Tom Cruise.

Would you take a chance to see a location where a movie that got 8 Oscar awards was filmed? We hope your answer is yes because Estates Theatre was one of the crucial locations for Milos Forman, director of the impressive film about Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart called “Amadeus”. It is not the first time that the city of Prague plays the role of other cities like in this movie. Because of its phenomenally preserved architecture and authenticity, Prague is actually playing Vienna, the capital of Austria, where the whole story about Mozart took place in real life.
